Fatigue: A Glossary

What I mean when I say:

please understand
if by this, you realise there is no dictionary definition. 

I’m fine
if by this, you understand that I’m all over the place.

I’m coping
if by this, I can make you see how deep I am under water.

I’m OK
if by this, I can show you my definition, which is not yours.

I’m taking my meds
if by this, you can get past the idea that I’ve been repaired.

I’m a bit tired
if by this, I can convey the feeling of energy draining from limbs.

I can’t
if by this, you can attempt not to think of me as too lazy to try.

I love you
if by this, you see that this time-worn phrase is not nearly enough.

Please try
if by this, you realise at last what i need you to do.
