Weight

Life is too short to wait.

Life is too short,

to find a burden on your shoulders,
take it home,
put it in a mason jar,
carve tiny holes on the lid so it can breathe,
feed it twice a day,
and wait,
watching as it grows big enough
to set free back into the wild.

Life is too short to wait.
Life is too short to weight.
